Whoaaaaa! Hold the fucking bus!
Jeromy, Are you telling me that you're gonna give me some sob story about not being able to put food on the fuck'n table while I try to get my $140 back from you for the last 3 months? Then you come in here pimping your projects? That's fucked up dude, seriously. Those damn well better not belong to you and better be customer bikes. You really think you're gonna come in here showing off your shit thinking you're all cool with the community? Get shit straightened out, then come in showing off your stuff. Check your mail, you've got a bill from me. Take care of it before I get legal officials involved. You do nice work however I will never deal with you again. Taking care of your customers can go a hundred miles as far as word of mouth promotion. Fucking them off does nothing but lose business, and not just with that customer but everyone else they talk to and believe me pal, I'll be spreading the word.

Before a mod jumps up on this shit, please understand that I have tried the quiet methods of email and even talking to this dude on the phone but here I sit 3 months later pissed the fuck off and still without my money. I'm waiting on a refund for a changed order. I've tried the nice guy route, giving him the benefit of the doubt, and that has gotten me nowhere but deeper in debt and seriously fucked off. It's time this fucker gets called on the carpet the same way he has over at hondachopper and probably some other sites that I'm not aware of.

<--- That's the money you could be making by keeping your customers happy. Too bad you'll never see another penny of it from me or anyone else I talk to.

I gotta agree. It can take a lifetime to get a good reputation. You can get a bad one in just a few seconds for any number of reasons. Fucking over a customer is a good way to get a bad rep.

ed, you canceled your order because you had somthing come up and didnt need the hardtail. i told you then that i do not normally do refunds but i would make an exception and i also told you that it would be awhile before i could get the money to you. i could have just sent you the hardtail and said no refund. you should have had the money back by now but i have been financialy strapped myself. these are tough times for everyone. i wasnt trying to start shit and these are customer builds. i work hard everyday just to put food on the table as i am sure everyone on here does. at least i am man enough to admit when i am wrong and i think you will also find that i am a stand up guy that does make things right when deals go bad. i have hundreds of very satisfied customers and i cant keep evryone happy all of the time. i have been building bikes and parts for along time and no matter what you or anyone else thinks about it i will always be here doing what i do. If those are in fact customer bikes then I will recall that accusation.
You are right that I cancelled that order and I told you when I talked to you you that if it was too late I would have dealt with it but you hadn't shipped it yet. Keep in mind that it was approaching 4 weeks at that point when your auction said it would be shipped within 2. Because I felt bad about cancelling that, I ordered something else from you which I got and was happy with. You said it would be about 2 weeks or so until you could send the refund for the rest and I was cool with that too. After all, you were cool enough to change my order so I didn't mind waiting 2 or 3 weeks for you to get shit straightened out. I gave you ample time to refund the rest, need I state again that it's been 3 months now, but all I have gotten so far are empty promises. Admit you're wrong all you want but that doesn't get the money back in my hands. I've gotta put food on the table for my kids too and money is tight for everyone. I honestly would have ordered from you again based on how you treated me on the phone when I talked to you the first time, you seemed like a stand up dude and understood my situation. The last 3 months of hassle have been changing that opinion. If it makes it easier on your wallet, send the rest back $5 or $10 at a time. Something man, really. I would have been happy to work something out if you had asked but instead you kept telling me it would be taken care of within the week. If you need to work something out, you have my number and my email address. Hell, I gave you a 14 hour time span that I'm available if you call and email works 24/7, could I be any more available to work this out? I'm a reasonable guy to work with when I'm not on the receiving end of lies, otherwise I can make collections people look like saints. I'm sorry to bring this out in the open but if that is what it takes then so be it.

All that shit aside for the moment, the bikes you posted look pretty damn good.

Uh oh, not again. I will say that this is typical but eventually everyone should get their stuff. His stuff is very nice but I just wish he wouldnt take orders until others are done instead of having a huge wave of people waiting....I was there

I agree with the "business" money and the "personal" money being separate comment above. You can't take money for an order and spend it that day on personal stuff and then when the customer waits and waits and waits and wants his money back when you dont deliver then you dont have it. THAT is bad business all around. Reputation will make or break you in this business and right now you are being broken pretty bad. I can't believe people still order from you after reading all this negative stuff. bad bad bad.

Something that hasn't been brought up is the FACT that this forum noob came into our site to peddle the shit he has bad rep for on, it seems, quite a few respected forums. NOTHING ELSE has he posted other than to pimp his unfinished pile of metal.
The FACT is that he hasn't contributed ANYTHING to this forum other than to promote his own shit.

AND calls out one of the most knowlegable builders on this or any chopper forum I've been on. (grow some thicker skin if ya gonna hang here)
AND pissassed members are APOLOGISING for both Blackjack (which means nothing other than keep your mouth out of other peoples arguments) and this noobs blatent attempt at selling shit while covering his legal ass!

This ain't e-bay for those railroaded out of the last site he tried to sell shit on. Seems quite a few "new" builders come here pimping their business right off the bat.
Those who succeed here are those who give quality products and quality customer service.
A few good words rarely eclipses a barrage of negative feedback. Both are EARNED.

to address Toxxic's comment in another thread about giving the new builder a chance... (btw he claims hundreds of CB750 backhaves, XS650 ain't ecactly a huge difference from a fabrication standpoint, how many mistakes can you make?) Why is he only now using TCU as his selling grounds?
Figure out the problems BEFORE you sell it. Make sure those issues and changes are worked out BEFORE any production run.
BAD business selling customers your try-outs as cstomer installed weldements.
This is business and peoples LIVES depend on it, backyard experiments are not acceptable.
No way in hell would I ever pay for something to be tacked together and shipped. Why pay him to jig it up and not weld it?

i didnt come on here to peddle or try to sell anything. i do not advertise or sell on ebay because i dont need to. i have plenty of business. not once have i advertised anything to sell here. i thought i was contributing to the site by adding some cool pics of projects. i have been in business and will continue to be in business for a long time! there have been exactly two people on here that have had a right to comment on work not getting done or money owed. i have shipped parts to an awful lot of people on this board and others with no problems. my parts are proven not experimental backyard jobs. everyone has an opinion and i can appreciate that. nobody on here knows how hard i work or how busy i am and can get at times. my shop is located at 132 E MAIN ST BROWNSBURG, IN. 46112. IF ANYONE WANTS TO SEE ME OR DISCUSS WITH ME ANY KIND OF A PROBLEM THEY CAN COME SEE ME IN PERSON. MY SHOP DOORS ARE OPEN TO ALL! i am a one man show and my work is in demand and sometimes i get in too deep with orders. it happens to alot of people especially in this industry. financial problems have hendered my production lately and i am working through it doing the best that i can. i have hundreds and hundreds of very satisfied customers and a hand full that had problems. does that mean that i just give up and call it quits because some of you think you could do it better. well i dont quit and i never will. i will still be building kickass parts and bikes and you guys can keep bitching on these forums. quite frankly i dont have time for this shit anyways, i got some orders to finish. so if you guys think that kicking a person while they are down is cool and will help the situation than let the bashing begin. you all can do it without me i will be in the shop. ok maxx, since you twisted my arm...i'll jump in too!!!

you say that we shouldn't kick you while you are down and that you are in tough shit lately financially. well wake up look around. so is everyone else. and you are kicking your customers while they may be down too. the same money that you say put food on your table can put the same food on someone elses table. only difference is that its their money and should be their food. sure its good to be busy, but keep that money seperate from your personal money until the job is fullfilled. people get the shit kicked out of them for a lot less. when you mess with someones money youre messing with their fam too. take enough jobs to stay busy and booked and turn away the others that you can't service. youre wrong to take someones dough knowing good and well that you can't provide them the service you are selling, at least not at that time. i'm sure glad im not caught up in your "Madoff" ponzi-looking scam too.

and i'm out!!! thanks maxx, i feel rejuvenated now.
